2. Physical Products (Crystals, Malas, Spiritual Tools)

Because our physical products are spiritually energized and handled with care:

Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
Items cannot be returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or perceived results.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is: Damaged during transit, or Incorrect compared to your order, Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of: The product, Outer packaging, Invoice or order details

After verification, we may offer: A replacement, or A store credit (at our discretion)

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Returns will not be processed for:

Normal variations in natural crystals (color, shape, texture).
Minor size or appearance differences shown in product images.
Delays caused by courier partners.
Products that have been used, worn, altered, or energetically activated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
